Who is Channel Islands Ships to Reefs (CIS2R)?
CIS2R is a Non-Profit public betterment group dedicated to dive tourism in the Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties area.

When does CIS2R meet?
Currently we meet at 6:30PM on the first and third Monday of every month.

Where does CIS2R meet?
